  • Is it safe to use credit cards on your site?  Yes! Our payment gateways are encrypted with the best SSL software in the industry. We are PCI compliant. We do not see credit card numbers, nor can outside hackers attempting to gain access to secure information see your credit card numbers either. Also, if someone for some reason has your credit card information already, they will not be able to order from our site unless they pass rigorous guidelines (billing address, shipping address, etc). Always exercise caution, but rest assured, your shopping experience is as safe as possible with us! Feel free to use any major credit card or PayPal Express!

 

  • How often do you ship? We have a great reputation for fast processing, quick shipping and world class customer service. We understand how important it is for the customer to receive their merchandise in a timely manner, and we strive to exceed those expectations. We ship every day Monday - Friday. All Orders received by 9am Eastern time will ship the same day! 

 

  • How soon will I get my order? If you are using First Class Domestic, you will receive your order within 3 - 7 business days. If you are using Priority Mail Domestic, you can expect your order within 2 - 3 Business Days. We work closely with the United States Postal Service to ensure that your packages are delivered smoothly and without hassle. International Mail varies on location. 

 

  • What if something is wrong with my order? Our quality control procedures are put into place to deliver the best possible garments in the industry. We pride ourselves on world class customer service and a total 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. If there are damages we may ask to see a photograph in lieu of sending the merchandise back to us. If we can verify the damage, then we will ship a replacement free of charge with no obligation to return any product to us. If you receive the wrong product, simply send us a photo verifying the wrong item was sent and we will replace it with no obligation to return the incorrect product back to us.

 

  • Can I exchange my order? If something does not fit properly, we will exchange the order for you. You will be liable for the shipping charges. Please contact us before any exchanges so we can make sure the item is still available. Thank you!
